What You'll Do As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients live safely and independently at home. Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Helping with toileting and incontinence care
  • Assisting with ambulation and safe transfers
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with eating and meal preparation

Household Support

  • Light housekeeping
  • Laundry and changing bed linens
  • Washing dishes
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Cleaning bathrooms

Client-Specific Care

  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
  • Preparing special diets as instructed
  • Providing compassionate dementia care
  • Following individualized care plans developed by our nursing team

Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference. Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Passion for helping others and providing exceptional care
