Investigate and escalate support issues while resolving incidents and service requests Create and analyze reports to recommend application workflow improvements Lead training sessions and develop training documentation for users
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interface preferred IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire, if applicable Experience with EPIC Tapestry is highly preferred Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and state/federal regulations is helpful
