Job Title:Business Operations Manager Location: County Wexford, Ireland Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Workplace type: On-site A growing Irish life sciences company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Co. Wexford. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role with real ownership of operational performance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations in line with GDP, GMP and EU Tissue & Cells Directive requirements Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Lead budgetary planning, financial forecasting and cost optimisation Manage invoicing, accounts receivable and procurement Report on financial and operational performance metrics and KPIs Lead, mentor and develop team members Manage key client relationships and resolve escalated issues Act as operational lead during audits and inspections What We're Looking For Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field (preferred) Proven experience in an Operations Management role, ideally in life sciences, pharma or a regulated environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communicator and collaborator Full work authorisation for Ireland (required) Must be able to commute to or relocate to Kilrane, Co.
