Our client is seeking a Receptionist for their Dublin City Centre office.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Receptionist, Front of House Receptionist, Corporate Receptionist, Office Receptionist, Front of House Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Facilities Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Office Coordinator, Reception & Administration Assistant or similar front-of-house administrative role.

This is a varied role combining reception, visitor management, office administration, facilities support, travel coordination and health and safety administration.
Salary: €30,000€39,800 DOE Location: Dublin City Centre(On-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am4.00pm (35 hours per week) Contract: Permanent, full-time Key Responsibilities Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house reception service for visitors, staff and contractors.
Answering, screening and directing incoming telephone calls and responding to general enquiries.
Opening the office each morning, acting as keyholder and disarming the alarm system.
Managing visitor sign-in procedures, issuing visitor passes and maintaining visitor records.
Monitoring security cameras and maintaining reception security procedures.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing reception areas.
Managing incoming and outgoing post, courier deliveries and general correspondence.
Booking travel and accommodation for staff.
Maintaining staff directories and internal contact information.
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front of House Receptionist or Office Administrator is essential.
Relevant 3rd level qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional and welcoming manner with strong customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the reception function.
