Site Manager Location: South Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 DOE + Vehicle, Fuel Card & Pension The Company A well-established property developer delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland and the UK. With a strong pipeline of major projects and a significant landbank, the company continues to invest in experienced construction professionals to support ongoing growth across its developments. The Role Join the site management team on a large residential development in South Dublin, supporting day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards Monitor health & safety compliance and site procedures Support the Site Manager with sequencing of trades and site logistics Manage site labour, materials and plant requirements Maintain site records and ensure works progress efficiently The Person Strong experience working as a Foreman or Site Manager on construction projects Background in residential or large-scale building projects Experience managing RC and civil packages is beneficial Excellent knowledge of site operations, safety and trade coordination Ability to drive productivity and maintain quality standards on site Strong communication and team leadership skills The Package €70k - €80k salary depending on experience Pension Location: South Dublin Contact Colin Freeman for more information Skills: site manager site foreman construction building conservation commercial Benefits: pension
