Data Scrum master with banking exp

You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field of study and five or more years of project management experience.

You have project management experience in data delivery leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment including user adoption and change management, such as:

Data Management: Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management, Lineage & Metadata Management, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Data Insights & Analytics

Data Platform Delivery: Cloud Data Platform (Azure, AWS), Data Warehousing, Ingestion & Curation, Data Integration, Multi-Channel Data Consumption. Self-Service

Data Strategy & Transformation: Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating Model, Product Mode, Center of Excellence

You have a foundational understanding and/or are skilled in Agile (e.g. SAFe, Scrum & Kanban) and Product Mode Delivery.

Youve partnered cross-functionally to solve complex problems and have the confidence and courage to influence others and add value with a focus on understanding and managing the impact of change.

Youve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.

You are a skilled communicator and can facilitate ambiguous and challenging discussions. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging.
