Account Manager

The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including auto, homeowners, boat, and life insurance policies. This role focuses heavily on building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and helping clients understand and maintain the appropriate insurance coverage for their needs. Responsibilities include handling policy renewals, quotes, coverage changes, cancellations, claims support, and account reviews while ensuring all documentation remains accurate and compliant with regulations.

The position also involves identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling additional insurance products, negotiating renewals with carriers, and maintaining relationships with insurance providers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG, Safeco, Travelers, Progressive, and Mercury. Candidates should have strong knowledge of personal insurance products, experience with insurance software systems, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related field, an active Oklahoma resident insurance agent license, and a valid Oklahoma driver's license. Experience with Applied Epic agency management software is preferred.
