About
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Build and optimize data models, ensuring high performance, quality, and maintainability.
Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks.
Support the design and deployment of analytics platforms and tools that enable self-service analytics and reporting.
Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.
Identify opportunities to improve existing data infrastructure and reduce technical debt.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in big data, cloud computing, and analytics engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL frameworks .
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data architectures.
Proficiency in data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and workflow automation .
Hands‑on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
Knowledge of analytics tools and frameworks such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well‑documented code .
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
Proven track record of designing and implementing large‑scale, production‑grade data solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights.
Working Hours
Full‑time role with standard office hours; flexibility available for remote or hybrid collaboration based on team needs.
Occasional participation in global meetings across different time zones may be required.
