Business Development Executive (BDE) Experienced in IT sales and International Marketing (US, EU, Asia). Skilled at generating and handling sales leads, winning deals for IT training, outsourcing, networking, internet, and consulting services. Adept at facilitating communication and building relationships.
Microsoft Software Engineers (M-SE) 2 to 6 years of experience programming with C#, ASP.NET/VB.NET, SQL Server, and building COM/DCOM/COM+ components. Hands‑on experience in OOAD, UML, Design Patterns, and Methodologies. Microsoft certification is highly desirable.
Microsoft Team Leads/Project Leads (M-PL) Experienced in team building and team leadership in addition to prior experience as a Microsoft programmer. Effective in managing and executing full life cycle projects and coordinating with onsite or offshore teams.
VB/ASP Technical Leads (M-VBTL) 3+ years of hands‑on expertise in VB, VB.NET, MTS, ASP, ActiveX controls, web services, COM/DCOM, ADO.NET, and at least 6 months of experience in the .NET Framework.
Microsoft Solutions Architects (M-SA) 5+ years of software development experience with Microsoft .NET frameworks, Visual Basic, Visual C++, COM/DCOM, ASP, and Windows NT/2000/XP.
Device Software Engineers (D-SE) Experienced in developing software for digital devices with strong knowledge in graphic device drivers, Pocket PC, Windows CE, Palm, Linux, Embedded C/C++, and JavaScript.
Java Applications Developers (J-AD) 3-6 years of programming experience in Java, EJB, J2EE, Swing, HTML, JavaScript, Struts, SQL/PLSQL, SQL Server or Oracle with triggers and stored procedures. Well versed in OOAD, UML, and design methodologies.
Open‑Source Applications Developers (O-AD) 2-5 years of web application and e‑commerce development experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, SQL, and databases, as well as open‑source technologies like Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl, PHP, etc.
