Qualifications and Experience
Must have working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) as defined by NIST SP 800-37, with experience supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes across a range of environments spanning commercial cloud through Impact Level 6 (IL6), to include familiarity with STIG application, continuous monitoring requirements, and coordination with Authorizing Officials (AOs) to maintain system integration accreditation.
Must be proficient in network health monitoring and must have the ability to implement preventative maintenance strategies including automated alerting, log aggregation, performance baselining, and patch management to ensure system availability, reliability, and security compliance.
Must be able to design, deploy, and maintain application infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud‑based environments, including configuration management. CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance on platform such as but not limited to GitLab or GitHub, and containerized and orchestration using tools Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualified candidates must be willing and able to deploy 6 months at a time.
