Operations Support Specialist Dublin 4 (Hybrid) €45K to €50K + Bonus + Benefits A well established and highly regarded financial planning firm are looking to hire an experienced Operations Support Specialist.The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, maintaining compliance standards, improving internal processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of client services. Working closely with senior management and the wider team, you will be responsible for preparing new business documentation and client presentations, maintaining accurate client records, producing regular management reports and supporting internal audits. The role also involves reviewing and updating company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance documentation, assisting with regulatory requirements, coordinating AML and compliance training, supporting process improvement initiatives and providing general operational support across the business. It is expected that you have an excellent track record in financial services operations, compliance or administration. With Strong attention to detail and Microsoft office skills. A QFA or APA qualification would be a bonus along with experience working in Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Financial Services Brokerage environment.
