Job Responsibilities
Locate, verify, and document IT hardware assets within the organization.
Work with a team of analysts to document serial numbers on hardware.
Record findings via MS Excel.
Job Qualifications
2+ years of professional IT support experience (desktop and technical support).
Attention to detail and self‑motivation.
Experience inputting and fulfilling tickets in a ticketing system.
Customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel for hardware tracking.
Experience locating serial numbers on IT hardware and performing asset/inventory tracking and documentation.
Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
Compensation The base range for this contract position is $18-$48 per hour, depending on experience.
