Mentor junior engineers and new team members, applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems (15% of the time).
Process streaming data from telecom sources (5G/4G network logs, IoT sensors, edge devices) using Kafka, Spark Streaming, and Flink to enable near-real-time AI analytics (15% of the time).
Contribute to large-scale, data-driven initiatives to drive enhanced visibility and quality of the wireless network (10% of the time).
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and integrate large-scale telecom data (call detail records, network telemetry, OSS/BSS data, customer usage patterns) (5% of the time).
Develop high-volume, low-latency, data-driven solutions using current and next-generation technologies to meet evolving business needs (5% of the time).
Establish standards and guidelines for design, development, tuning, deployment, and maintenance of information, advanced data analytics, text mining models, and data persistence technologies (10% of the time).
Acquire big data inputs from numerous partners; key technologies include Python, Mimir, Loki, Prometheus, and Kafka (5% of the time).
Normalize complex data sources to convert potentially unusable data into usable formats for software or employees; key technologies include Spark, Scala, Lambda (5% of the time).
Maintain a CI/CD pipeline for data software to ensure high quality and low time to market; key technologies include GitLab, Airflow, Ansible (10% of the time).
Automate infrastructure provisioning and orchestration for data and AI workloads using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation (10% of the time).
