About
Job Overview POP MART is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Logistics Data Analyst to support our growing Logistics and Distribution team. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is analytical, eager to learn, and interested in developing expertise across supply chain, transportation, distribution, inventory management, and financial operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, invoice processing, order coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This individual must be a critical thinker who can work independently, identify issues proactively, and provide data‑driven insights that support operational decision‑making.
What You Will Achieve Logistics Operations Support
Coordinate and monitor logistics movements across multiple distribution channels.
Support order management activities for: Amazon FBA, Key Accounts, Robo Shop, Inter-warehouse Transfers
Other distribution channels as assigned
Assist with shipment tracking, delivery performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Maintain logistics records and ensure operational data accuracy.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Refresh, maintain, and distribute End-of-Month (EOM), weekly, and daily operational reports.
Analyze logistics, transportation, inventory, and distribution data to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reporting tools.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and operational decision‑making.
Validate data integrity across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
Financial & Invoice Processing Support
Process and audit transportation, warehousing, and logistics invoices.
Reconcile invoices against operational activity and contractual rates.
Assist with freight cost analysis and financial reporting.
Support month-end accruals and budget tracking activities.
Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Systems Support
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Assist with development and maintenance of Excel-based tools and templates.
Support data extraction, validation, and reporting activities across multiple systems.
Participate in logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Inventory Control, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and external partners.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling company data.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, data analysis, or related disciplines.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
