Key Responsibilities
Deliver onsite + remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Deploy and manage devices
Support users in a Windows 11 environment
Troubleshoot Level II/III issues and support system rollouts
Manage user access and security through Active Directory
Configure laptops, VPNs, and peripherals for new and existing employees
Support AV equipment, conferencing tools, and workplace tech
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users
Partner closely with IT teams on upgrades, rollouts, and special projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of desktop support experience
Strong experience with Intune , Autopilot , & SCCM
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar
