Sr. Project Manager- Application Development

This position requires someone who can really question development and BA estimates for doing the work. Understand what the requirements are for the BA's and what questions to ask of the developers. This may be a merge between a Product Manager / Project Manager role who has strong understanding of what the developers and BA's are doing and knows when to push for better estimates on the work. At least justify why the need 5 days instead of 1 day to do something.

Must have strong SDLC/Application Development PM experience

This person needs to be able to get in the weeds when needed

Experience running a PMO---(This is a big plus but not required because this might not happen)

Running large projects with multiple streams (software development, testing, requirement gathering)---couple years and over $3+ mil; team size over 20

Responsible for a project as a wholethis person will be in charge of all the people they put in charge of the streams

Smaller projectsthis person will most likely manage the whole project6 month projects

Will work with consulting partners

Run projects holistically from a Lead PM type role

Won't be the PM in all the streams but able to identify if others are needed

Start establishing practices, templates, forms across all Company projects Ie: burn down charts

Down the road, help start a PMO---this is not the role right now and no date/guarantee this will occur

MS SQL Serverable to understand this. Put together plans/story boards they understand this is needed.
