Creating and resolving desktop issues for First Energy employees onsite and remote. Primary duties will include standard desktop/laptop break/fix items. Responsibilities: Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support. Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications. Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference). Monitor calls, incidents, and requests using the client provided ServiceNow tool. Required Skills: Great customer service. Desktop support (Win10 and Office 365). Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. No overtime or on-call. Experience: 12-24 months enterprise desktop support. Certifications: CompTIA A+ is great to have. Conversion Rate: Not more than $23 contract. Work Location: 5001 NASA Boulevard Fairmont, WV 26554. Candidate Review and Interviews Start: Wednesday 9/5/2022. No upcoming vacations or time out of the office.
