About
Provide leadership and oversight for daily Dialysis Unit operations.
Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care and positive patient outcomes.
Coordinate staffing and patient assignments based on patient needs and staff competencies.
Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff.
Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve care delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance management, and patient satisfaction efforts.
Address patient, family, and team member concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Current RN license in the applicable state of practice.
3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification (or obtained within the introductory period).
Current or ability to obtain required certifications, including ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS.
Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience.
Dialysis or nephrology experience.
