About this opportunity We are now looking for the DevOps Engineer to join our Sanctions Management unit in Financial Crime Prevention Technology. This role is part of an agile environment where technology is used to develop Financial Anti‑Crime sanctions capabilities. The position is based in Poland (Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw) or Finland (Helsinki).

Needed qualifications and skills
Previous software development experience and solid DevOps skills
Experience with NetReveal product (or similar)
Experience with GIT, JIRA, Confluence & Bitbucket
Willingness to work with COTS products and modify configuration files (XML, text)
Experience with Linux/Unix, including scripting
Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Jenkins
Analytical mindset and ability to communicate with stakeholders outside the agile team
Experience in agile setups (SAFe certification preferred)
Also desired experience/skills
Programming language experience (Java, Python)
DB2 or Oracle experience
Ability to write SQL statements
Ability to understand and modify existing shell scripts
Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
Eagerness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of next‑generation sanctions management applications
Understanding of AI solutions
