Your main responsibilities would include:
- Responsible for managing a book of house accounts and increasing account growth.
- Responsible for answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email or phone calls, creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Keeping up with product, application, service information and updates and efficiently translate to user needs.
- Maintains day to day ownership for “B” & “C” accounts.
- Involved in customer service and troubleshooting for “A” and “B” accounts.
- Provide support to outside sales rep on larger customers.
- Approximately 20% of time is dedicated for lead follow-through with outside sales teams.
- Work in tandem with lead generation team to qualify and close leads.
- Work with Engineering to provide technical details and requirements.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure orders are entered correctly.
- Customer service to resolve issues arising from orders.
- High School Diploma required;
- 1-3 years of successful experience in industrial sales.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and entry software.
- Previous experience with CRM and ERP products, preferred.
- Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
- Detail orientated with the ability and desire to follow through.
- Highly organized individual.
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
