Site Engineer RC Frame Apartment Development Location: Swords, Co. Dublin The Opportunity An established and highly respected main contractor is seeking an experiencedSite Engineer to join the delivery team on a major residential development in Swords, Co. Dublin. This flagship project comprises a190-unit apartment scheme with a double basement and reinforced concrete frame construction, offering an excellent opportunity to work on one of the region's most significant residential developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the structural frame and substructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out accurate setting out for reinforced concrete frame works, including foundations, columns, walls, lift cores, slabs, and structural elements. Support the delivery of the double basement construction, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Monitor the progress of RC frame, substructure, and superstructure works, ensuring programme milestones are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, site management, and design teams to maintain efficient project delivery. Carry out quality inspections and ensure all works comply with Irish Building Regulations, project specifications, and company quality procedures. Maintain accurate site records, surveys, as-built drawings, and engineering documentation. Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues while supporting the site management team. Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance on site. Requirements Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Site Engineer on RC Frame residential or multi-storey developments. Previous experience working on apartment developments is essential. Experience working on projects involving deep excavations, basements, or complex substructures is highly desirable. Proficient in setting out usingLeica orTrimble Total Stations. Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction methods and sequencing. Practical construction experience within Ireland is essential. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment. What's on Offer Competitive benefits package.
