Cork Our client, a leading and well-established construction contractor, is seeking an experiencedSite Engineer to join their team on a large-scaleresidential and apartment development inMidleton, Co.
Cork.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out setting out and surveying duties for residential housing and apartment block construction.
Ensuring all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and design team.
Maintaining accurate site records, surveys, and as-built information.
Monitoring progress and assisting with the coordination of daily site activities.
Supporting quality assurance procedures and conducting site inspections.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
Requirements Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on residential housing or apartment developments.
Proficient in the use of GPS and total station equipment.
Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean driving licence.
