Clare Salary: €40,000-€44,000 DOE Our client is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant and wine service operations at a renowned country house hotel in the heart of The Burren.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent wine knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What you'll do Lead and develop the front-of-house team.
Deliver outstanding restaurant and wine service.
Work closely with the Head Chef and management team.
Manage reservations, staffing, guest relations, budgets, and stock.
Oversee the wine programme, including cellar management, supplier relationships, staff training, and guest wine pairings.
Maintain the highest standards of service, food safety, and operational excellence.
What we're looking for At least 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role.
Strong wine knowledge and experience with wine service and food pairing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Financial awareness and a hands-on approach.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Desirable: WSET Level 2/3, experience in luxury hotels, fine dining or Michelin-recognised restaurants, and knowledge of reservation/POS systems.
