Key Responsibilities Act as senior client contact for fund accounting matters. Oversee delivery of accurate, timely fund reporting and valuations. Manage client queries and resolve operational issues. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures. Manage team workload, capacity, and coordination. Coach and develop team members. Review fund documentation for new products and identify risks. Support onboarding of new business and provide technical input. Represent the team in client and governance meetings as required. Skills & Experience 10+ years experience in fund accounting or fund administration, including leadership experience. Strong understanding of investment fund structures and valuations. Experience reviewing fund documentation and fee arrangements. Familiar with fund accounting systems. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Professional accounting qualification is desirable.
