• ​This job is a member of the Procurement team within our Finance division.
• This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that align with internal stakeholder needs, focusing on cost-effective solutions, timely acquisition, and comprehensive supply management

• Audit and reconcile supplier ​invoices to ensure ​billing accuracy, contract compliance, ​and proper payment authorization.
• Collaborate with International Accounting ​and Accounts Payable to ​research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor invoice aging ​and payment status ​to support ​timely vendor ​payments and maintain positive ​supplier relationships.
• Analyze spend data and payment ​trends to ​identify cost-saving ​opportunities, billing ​errors, and process ​improvements.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Advanced degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related field
• Proficiency in Source to Pay systems​
• Experience in vendor relationship management
• Skills in process mapping and supplier risk analysis

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, with work or internship experience applying those concepts
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Ability to be self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative
• Business understanding, particularly in project management, early supplier involvement, total cost management and financial analysis
• Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis, problem solving, forecasting and quality improvement
• High ethical standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles
