- Mortgages | €65,000 p/a + Benefits | Dublin (Hybrid) Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of a mortgage product portfolio, ensuring commercial success, regulatory compliance, and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver product strategy and growth plans.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Enhance reporting, insights, and operational processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Support strategic transformation and platform improvement projects.
Manage product-related complaints and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements 5+ years' experience in the mortgage sector or a strong banking product management background.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
