- Finland We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout the installation process.
Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and commissioning teams throughout project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a Mechanical Trade Qualification.
3+ years' experience in a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanical Foreman, or Mechanical Engineer role.
Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations and site operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills. xyswxtq
