Primary responsibilities include financial oversight, exceptional associate and customer service, execution of company strategies, talent growth, and maintaining store security.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 3 years' retail management experience, schedule flexibility, and a valid driver's license.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
