Location: 340 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960 Pay Rate: $28/HR on W2 Desktop Support - Assisting customers in an office environment and remotely using various tools and applications. Setup of desktop equipment i.e. laptops, docking stations, monitors etc. Imaging of laptops when needed. Sending and Receiving equipment. Updating/Resolving tickets in Service Now. Top 2 required skills that candidates must have: Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365). Work schedule for this position: (M-F) 8am-5pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No. Overall years of experience: 12-24 months Enterprise Desktop Support. Specific certifications or education needed: CompTIA A+.
