We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and learning. Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform decision‑making Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals Assist in the development of project documentation and reports Facilitate meetings and workshops to refine project scope Monitor project progress and suggest improvements as necessary Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet requirements Provide support to end‑users and address any issues that arise during implementation Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
