Overview
Seeking a
Desktop Support Administrator
to provide
Tier 1-2 support
across
end-user environments , supporting ~750 users in a
Microsoft enterprise ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
Microsoft Intune
( device enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment ) Provide hands-on support for
laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, phones, video conferencing systems Administer and troubleshoot
Active Directory (AD)
and
Microsoft Entra ID Support
iOS and Android mobile devices Manage
user accounts, permissions, and security policies Troubleshoot
Windows OS ,
Office 365 , and
endpoint connectivity issues Support
network connectivity and hardware troubleshooting (wireless, printers, phones) Partner with
infrastructure and security teams
on endpoint initiatives Deliver
onsite end-user support / deskside support Required Qualifications
3+ years
Deskside Support

IT Help Desk
experience Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Intune Experience with
Active Directory (AD) Experience with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Knowledge of
Network Administration
fundamentals Experience with
Windows Systems Management Strong troubleshooting of
hardware (phones, printers, wireless) Experience managing
security certificates Preferred
Experience with
Endpoint Security Experience in
