- €85,000 + Package Dublin Tier 1 Main Contractor Civil Engineering
- Transport & Roadwork Projects Background Our client is seeking an experiencedSite Agentto join their team on theTransport & Roadworksprogramme, delivering a range of civil infrastructure projects across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor with a strong pipeline of framework works.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, leading project teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideally suited to a Site Agent with significant experience delivering civil engineering and Design & Build projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from commencement through to completion.
Lead and coordinate site teams, including Site Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Plan, coordinate and monitor labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor resources.
Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and manage project drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
Monitor programme performance, identify risks and opportunities, and report progress to senior management.
Oversee commercial performance in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying team, including measurement, valuations, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards and company procedures.
Coordinate temporary and permanent works, ensuring all required approvals and certifications are obtained.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements are met throughout project delivery.
Key Skills & Experience Required Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Membership of a relevant professional engineering institution.
Chartered Engineer status, or actively working towards chartership.
10+ years' experiencedelivering civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Proven experience working onframework contracts, ideally within transport or public infrastructure environments.
Experience deliveringDesign & Buildprojects is highly desirable.
Full clean Irish/EU driving licence. xyswxtq
Authorised to work in Ireland.
