The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in SFDC integration components and experience on the Salesforce Platform for 3-8 years. The role demands strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, and experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment. A B Tech or MCA degree is required, with relevant Salesforce certifications considered a plus.
