TF Partners Inc. is seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join our growing team as an Area Sales Agent. In this client-facing role, you'll work directly with local business owners, company leaders, and employees to help organizations provide affordable supplemental health benefits and valuable workplace solutions.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building strong relationships, and making a meaningful impact in their community. No previous sales experience is required-we provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the resources needed to build a successful career.

Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to discuss benefit solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Educate clients on available supplemental health benefit options
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development programs
Represent TF Partners with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Contribute to team growth and organizational success
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable building relationships and working with a variety of people

Previous sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
