Associate Program Manager II

The Senior Associate Program Manager position is part of the Global Product Operations group that support programs and initiatives within our Product Organization. Reporting to the Principal Program Manager, this person will help track CapEx, OpEx and headcounts, and develop business cases and financial models for business leaders. This person will also work with cross-functional teams to understand the different projects and the related business cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Track CapEx and OpEx activities and headcount for the Global Product Organization
  • Compile details in support of monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Assist business functions throughout the procurement cycle
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders across functions and regions to identify business cases and related financial impacts
  • Help evaluate alternatives and suggest the best proposals
  • Lead and drive business cases, cost-benefit analysis and proposals to support major projects/programs across Product Organization
  • Standardize Business Case templates and financial models for evaluation of alternatives

Skills: Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of financial models (ROIs) and Cost-Benefit Analysis
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills (written and verbal in English)
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Project management experience
  • Strong organizational skill with precise attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level
  • Self-motivated problem-solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Product Management or Product Software organization
  • Experience working with data center technologies
  • Experience working with Procurement software
  • Experience with CapEX and/or OpEx
  • Highly analytical, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions
