Orlando, FL – WFH 2 days, onsite 3 days/week We're looking for a data engineer to support our growing business. This role will wear many hats within the data operations space as it supports all corporate functions as well as business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with business partners, up to and including members of the executive team, to gather requirements. This role must have the technical skills to take those design documents through development, testing and implementation. What You'll Be Doing
Analyze and organize data from various sources Design, build and maintain data pipelines Design, build and maintain data models and related data lineage documentation Conduct data analysis, explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability Establish and maintain best practices for data gathering and sharing Troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues Evaluate business needs and objectives Work closely with business partners to identify data needs and mechanisms for data acquisition Collaborate with business leaders and executives on reporting/analytics requirements Work with internal team to define a data archive and purge strategy Skills We're Seeking
2+ years of experience with Data Engineering and/or ETL Development Experience building data pipelines in cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure or Snowflake Experience automating data movement with programming languages such as Python Experience with SQL and data modeling Nice To Have Experience
Spark or PySpark experience
