Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join a well-established financial services business.

Key Responsibilities: Provide financial planning advice to new and existing clients.
Conduct detailed fact-finding and financial reviews.
Develop tailored recommendations across: Pensions and Retirement Planning Investments Savings Protection Solutions Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ensure all recommendations are suitable, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management Manage an ongoing portfolio of clients.
Deliver a high standard of service and support.
Conduct regular client reviews and maintain proactive communication.
Identify opportunities to support clients with additional financial planning needs.
Collaboration & Professional Standards Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.
Maintain strong relationships with relevant product providers and industry contacts.
Ensure all activities are completed in line with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Remain up to date with industry developments, legislation, and market trends.
About You You are a client-focused Financial Advisor with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering quality financial planning solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, build trust quickly, and can explain complex financial concepts in a clear and practical manner.
You are organised, professional, and committed to providing outstanding client outcomes.
Essential Requirements Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation.
Previous experience in a client-facing Financial Advisor role.
Strong knowledge of: Pensions Investments Savings Protection Products Experience providing holistic financial planning advice.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Professional and client-focused approach.
Desirable Requirements Experience within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services environments.
Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
Strong understanding of retirement and wealth planning strategies.
