Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily food production for patients, staff, and volunteers in our mission-driven healthcare setting. This role manages menu execution, large-batch cooking, food safety, and special diets to support whole-person wellbeing. The Lead Cook supervises kitchen staff and volunteers, maintains inventory and cost controls, and ensures a clean, efficient operation.
