Unit Notes CNA needed in Water Edge Care Center - Next to hospital 2pm-10:30pm, every other weekend HOUSING: Confirm the candidate has looked into housing in the area with the submittal. Leads available. LTC CNA - # Beds: 50 - Nurse/Patient Ratios: 4.15 - Required certifications: BLS - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: LTC - Experience: One year of experience. First time travelers okay. Does this apply for CNA's? Prefer some experience but doesn't have to be a year. - Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: There is always a House Supervisor, HS not required to take
assignment. YES - Shifts & Scheduling: Start times 2p-10:30p - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Holiday Requirement: Yes IF THERE ARE ANY. - Is there Call or a Standby requirement: NO - Floating Requirements: NO - Scrub Color/Dress Code/Scrubs provided: ANY - Unit/Department specific orientation: LTC
