Responsibilities
Executing and developing sale strategies in order to maximize hotel profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Conducting sales calls to key accounts or major prospects.
Expected to achieve or exceed individual sales goal and hotel budget.
Manage lead sources to ensure quantity and quality of all leads coming into the property.
With managing leads this will be imperative in seeking new customers through strategic outbound sales efforts for groups, extended stay groups and transient room revenue.
Conducting sales calls to key accounts or major prospects.
Perform other duties as assigned by Corporate Director of Sales and General Manager.
Manage the process of Local Negotiated Rates (LNR), Request for Proposal (RFP) processes (brand, CVB, third party, etc), and other booking channels such as CVENT, Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
