Carrier is seeking a Technical Support representative to provide assistance for Supra electronic products in an inbound call center environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Technical Support. This on-site position requires strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Candidates with PC knowledge (Windows 7-10) and excellent customer service skills will be preferred.
