To support sales efficiency in the Southeast Region, the full-time remote Sales Support and Data Coordinator will manage RFPs, organize project documentation, and ensure accurate Salesforce data entry to streamline the sales process. Key Responsibilities
Source and gather RFPs, bid documents, and project details from various electronic sources Input project details and sales opportunities into Salesforce, maintaining accurate records Track RFP deadlines and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in data entry, sales support, or CRM administration Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in B2B sales environments or related industries
