Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA)
production,
SMT
assembly, and
SMT
rework tasks Perform hand soldering and machine soldering for
SMT
secondary operations and PCA rework Complete manual soldering and
PCB assembly
operations with high accuracy Interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and detailed assembly instructions Use computer systems to access, interpret, and follow production work instructions and procedures Support frontend
SMT
tasks including component ordering, trolley setup, dekitting/teardown, and component Xray verification Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and multitask in a fastpaced
SMT
production environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safetycompliant work area What You'll Bring High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience, or an associate degree in a related field Preferred: 5+ years of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and build effective working relationships Selfmotivated team contributor General computer proficiency (Word and Excel) Skilled in using hand tools and capable of lifting 40 pounds Ways to Stand Out Experience with IPC Class 2 & 3 soldering required (JSTD001 certification preferred) Experience with

rework,

board heaters, and
PCB rework
equipment preferred Handson experience with
