Manage and maintain content programming schedules and release calendars. Coordinate content launches with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Update and maintain accurate data in Content Management Systems (CMS). Track scheduling changes, distribute programming calendars, and ensure timely communication. Support content strategy, launch planning, and operational workflows. Utilize Excel and project management tools to manage scheduling data and reporting. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in content planning, program scheduling, content operations, streaming, or television. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and scheduling tools. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Workspace, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools; Jira and Airtable are a plus. Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of television, streaming platforms, programming strategies, and media consumption trends. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
