About
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement data science research projects with minimal supervision. Mine, analyze, and model large datasets to support product development, clinical, marketing, and business strategies. Build predictive models, machine learning algorithms, A/B testing frameworks, and analytics tools. Develop and monitor data models, pipelines, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Executive) to deploy and optimize solutions. Evaluate new data sources, improve data quality, and support scalable data infrastructure (AWS/cloud preferred). Ensure compliance with quality systems, patient safety, and product quality requirements. Required Skills:
Strong experience in
Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Analysis, and Data Mining . Experience with
Python/R, SQL, data visualization, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) . Ability to develop custom algorithms, data models, and analytics solutions. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. AI/Generative AI development experience is a strong plus.
