About
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants during assigned shifts. Ensure quality resident care is delivered with compassion and professionalism. Assist with staffing assignments and daily workflow. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to CNA team members. Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies. Communicate effectively with nurses, department leaders, residents, and families. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
Current Louisiana License in good standing. Previous long-term care experience required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence in resident care.
