Job Description: LOCATION: Spirit Mountain Hospice House BOUT: Beautiful facility with private patio entrances for each room, fireplace and family kitchen available. HOSPICE CNA: for an inpatient hospice facility with 8 private rooms. Ceiling lifts and Hoyer lift available in the facility.
EMR: Meditech Home Care documentation system.
CERTS: BLS required and WY CNA license.
Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 1
