Role Summary The Sales Systems Administrator will maintain sales systems, prepare reports and analysis, and provide support to the Director of Sales and the sales team. This role requires organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain and configure sales systems.
Prepare and analyze sales reports.
Provide support to the Director of Sales and sales team.
Manage confidential payroll, hotel, and colleague information with compliance to SOX.
Collaborate across departments and maintain timely, accurate data.
Qualifications
Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Basic hospitality industry knowledge.
Ability to work independently and confidently.
At least one year of sales or catering experience preferred.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience managing confidential information.
