Iron Systems, Inc is seeking an onsite support technician in Monroe County, Swiftwater, to provide end-user services and technical troubleshooting. This role demands experience in installing and configuring hardware, performing technical assistance, and managing support tickets effectively. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot diverse technical issues. CompTIA A+ certification is also preferred.
