About

Overview Make an Impact. As a Business Analyst in our PMO, you’ll help ensure AI initiatives deliver real business value. You’ll connect processes, technology, and outcomes—translating complex work into clear impact for the business. Responsibilities Support medium to complex projects and lead scoping efforts. Gather and translate requirements across traditional and AI initiatives. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and define future‑state workflows. Lead process mapping, modeling, and impact assessments. Define success metrics and ensure solutions drive measurable outcomes. Evaluate cross‑system impacts and support change readiness. Qualifications 4–6 years of Business Analysis experience. Experience gathering and translating business requirements (AI experience preferred). Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Exposure to AI or automation initiatives. Systems thinking mindset.
